all digital and taped formats. We highly recommend digital audio over
standard or microcassette audio cassettes as the quality of recording is
much higher. However, we are committed to providing the best possible
transcription service
based on the audio you send us.
Our transcriptionists are well-trained in multiple areas of medicine and/or legal terminology to be able to provide each of our clients professional and accurate transcription services.
HIPAA policies and procedures are in place to ensure your data is handled with the utmost care.
Priced very affordably, we offer both standard and rush service. Your final transcripts will be uploaded onto our HIPAA-compliant FTP site as Microsoft Word documents. Alternatively, the transcripts may also be emailed in HIPAA-compliant password-protected WinZip files directly to your office.
Our services are billed on a per-line production basis and invoices are generated on a bi-monthly or monthly schedule, according to your needs. You set the due date that compliments your accounting system. All invoices are itemized for easy reconciliation.
We sign a Business Associate Agreement with all our clients but do not maintain term contracts that require you to continue using our services for a specified period of time. We feel that our clients are best served with a "pay-as-you-go" system rather than binding contracts.
